Lu is the founder of AUCTA Education. He graduated from Bellaire High School in Houston, TX in the US, and later got his bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University with a full-tuition scholarship. He brings a decade of expertise as a college counselor. In 2013-14, He served as the Head Counselor at the International Division of the High School Attached to Northwest Normal University, a top 30 high school in China, overseeing the creation of the school’s college counseling program. From 2017 to 2019, Lu founded an online children’s English learning platform, securing 20 million+ RMB in angel and Series A funding from Jingwei Investments.
Since 2011, Lu has helped over 500 students to achieve their educational goals. Many of his students were admitted to prestigious U.S. and global universities, including Yale University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Columbia University, Dartmouth College, University of California, Berkeley, etc.

Agnes received her bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Harvard University. She is a recipient of the Governor General's Academic Medal, Canada’s highest academic honor. Distinguished in the Chinese international education industry, she is the only consultant who has earned degrees from top Ivy League institutions at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Having lived in North America for over a decade, Agnes has a deep understanding of Western culture and is proficient in application positioning and trend analysis. She has collaborated with admissions officers from Harvard University, Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia University in reviewing application materials. Agnes has developed unique coaching strategies that help students think from different perspectives, combining Eastern and Western thought processes to create sincere and compelling application materials.
With over seven years of experience in college counseling, Agnes has successfully guided more than 200 students. She had students admitted to all Ivy League universities in the US, as well as to Cambridge University, McGill University, University of Toronto, and other top global institutions.

Emma holds an honors bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. Her professional journey includes experience at Goldman Sachs in New York and the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in Hong Kong.
With over five years of experience in college and career counseling, Emma has successfully guided over 50 students to secure admission offers from prestigious institutions like Harvard University, Yale University, the Wharton School of Business, Stanford University, and London Business School. Additionally, she has coached more than 60 students in obtaining summer internships and full-time positions at leading financial and consulting firms, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and McKinsey Consulting.
